Caroline Spier, NP
Caroline is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner based in Baton Rouge with advanced training in aesthetic medicine and weight management, combining clinical expertise with a warm, personalized approach to help patients look and feel their best.
She specializes in non-surgical cosmetic treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, skin rejuvenation, and evidence-based weight management plans tailored to each patient's goals and lifestyle.
A graduate of LSU with a BSN and Southeastern Louisiana University with an MSN-FNP, Caroline is known for natural- looking results, individualized care, and a confidence-building philosophy that extends beyond the treatment room into everyday life, which she enjoys alongside
her husband, daughter, and their golden doodle!

Lauren Kelley is a licensed aesthetician in Baton Rouge with over five years of experience in the skincare industry and a strong background in cosmetic dermatology.
She is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, radiant skin through personalized, results-driven treatments while educating them every step of the way so they feel confident and informed in their skincare journey. Known for her warm, approachable personality and genuine care for her patients, Lauren believes skincare is about more than beauty - it's an act of self-care and empowerment.
When she's not in the treatment room transforming skin, she enjoys Trader Joe's runs, spending time with her dog Chanel, and making memories with her younger sister and best friends, and she's beyond excited to provide high-quality facial treatments while
